Summary Of Changes 1999-2000
Over the course of 1999-2000, the Australian Industrial Registry (AIR) underwent a multi-layered organisational change exercise. A comprehensive information technology strategy was planned, and is now in its implementation phase, the AIR’s organisational goals were reviewed and articulated afresh, the organisational shape of the AIR and its staffing and skills development profile re-designed, the budget expenditure priorities and financial reporting frameworks reviewed and the employment framework re-built within the context of a new comprehensive certified agreement.
