DIRECTIONS
[1] Further to the Directions made on 13 and 26 September 2002, the Commission directs as follows:
(a) The ACTU is to file and serve its final submissions in all matters on or before close of business on 12 September 2003.
(b) Any additional submissions of any of the States and Territories are to be filed and served on or before close of business on 1 October 2003.
(c) All other parties and interveners are to file and serve their final submissions in all matters on or before close of business on 17 October 2003.
[2] The Commission will sit for five days in the week commencing 27 October 2003 in Melbourne to hear any final oral submissions.
